Sure, many of the diseases we have today are “lifestyle-related” or “genetic.” My question is why is a person predisposed to something in the first place? What .wounds are running their lives that prevent the full embodiment of their Spirit and thus a healthy, vital physical body?
Sometimes these wounds aren’t even ours but are the result of our ancestral lineage. What does this mean? If there was severe trauma a few generations back, the parents who raised that child will have passed along certain traits that were passed on and and on and finally to you.
What’s more, there’s now evidence to suggest that these traumas may also lodge themselves into your genes meaning that not only are you gifted the personality/emotional traits, you may very well have these things living in your cells – and they never even happened to you, let alone happened in your lifetime!
“(Insert disease) runs in my family.” Heard that before either from your family or the family of another? Does anyone ever stop and wonder WHY!? When did this start, what started it, what traits are being passed down, what emotional wounding, and who is going to break the cycle and not simply accept things as they are? How about YOU, right now, in this lifetime?
Along with lifestyle shifts and ritual, Plant Spirit Medicine has the capacity to help you rewire the old crud to heal yourself and your past and future lineage.
